• The fans were given the rotten news of their 3 time Champion Shreveport / Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs falling into the depths of a swampy sinkhole. Just the sound of that happening to Mudbugs Hockey forced anyone to think the worst as something we all did at first.

I don’t know who the person or persons are controlling the puppet show, forcing us fans to be hung on string being pawed at like a playful kitty cat, but this puppet says “enough already”.

Mudbug fans have been dangled around much too long now without a straight forward answer as to the status of the team. Not to mention all the good folks who have already felt the lions bite of an unstable economy and found other means to support their families.

The ripple effect from this ugliness is massive in how it trickles down to effecting so so many aspects of having the games continue or not. The final result will be many broken hearts, lost jobs, and parents having to somehow explain to their hockey crazed kids a scenario they have a tough time understanding themselves.
